Our Public Sector client based in Leicester are looking for a Lead Enterprise Architect

The Enterprise Architect role co-ordinates the development of architectural requirements and leads the population/development with coherent and consistent architectural views. The individual is responsible for establishing the scope of the enterprise in question, setting down architectural principles and vision and for ensuring the rigour and integrity, together with associated deliverables.

  • The individual will work with other DDaT team members including Business Analysts, Product Managers, Technical Architects, Solution Architects, Procurement, Development and operational teams.
  • DDaT is a new team that is developing over the next few months and the individual will provide significant guidance as it grows.

The role:

  • Develop an Enterprise Architecture strategy and identify enabling platforms to facilitate the consolidation of various line of business applications.
  • Identify, recommend and implement common CRM, Case Management, Orchestration, Portal and Data platforms.
  • Develop an LCC Enterprise Architecture capability.
  • Create corporate Technical Requirements to ensure all DDaT procurements (Buy) and developments (Build) meet with existing or establish new architecture standards.

Key Skills / Experience

  • Implementing common Corporate CRM and Case Management platforms using components of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform; including Dynamics 365, Customer Service, Portals, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents,
  • Implementing orchestration to support the development of micro-services.
  • Experience of helping customers manage siloed data across multiple systems to build analytics, insight and AI capabilities.
  • Experience of migrating key siloed data to shared platforms in the most cost-effective manner
  • Other Microsoft applications and infrastructure including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure.
  • Experience of identifying key features from Microsoft releases which could be of benefit to the organisation.
