Experis are working with a public sector client seeking an experienced Lead Commercial/Contracts Manager with public sector complex contracts experience.
The Role:
- Developing effective customer relationships and negotiating independently.
- Managing and understanding contracts in matrix organisations.
- Management of large and complex contracts.
- Knowledge of public sector government contracts.
- CPCM is a must
Responsibilities include:
- Work with commercial colleagues, to define the negotiation and/or procurement process for the future. This includes the design of the new specification for services;
- Deliver the necessary negotiation and or procurement process;
- Oversee mobilisation of the new contract
- Manage the operational contract
