My publicly funded client are looking to add a Junior Tester to their IT department to join a wider team of 5 testers. This is a full time opportunity and your role will see you carrying out a series of tests and quality assurance activities to ensure this client's products and systems are operating to the highest standard.
Training will be provided to the selected candidate on the bespoke systems, testing methods as well as Agile methodologies. Ideally you will have just completed an HND or HNC in Computing or a similar discipline and will have an understanding of test scripts, user stories, as well as familiarity with MS Excel and Word.
This is a role ideally suited for someone looking for an organisation they can grow with as they begin their IT career. This client are also happy to look at applicants who are part way through qualifications but bring the relevant technical knowledge.
