We're looking for an outstanding freelance Junior Digital Designer who is passionate about big ideas, can think strategically and inspire others. You'll be working on our most important branding projects across our Masterbrand and channels in fast paced and rewarding environment. What you'll do:
- Help design end-to-end digital journeys that seamlessly piece together multiple technologies
- Support digital projects led by senior team members and help develop big ideas
- Take ownership of the design assets library
- Help to maintain an efficient design delivery process, through clear communication with delivery teams and consistently delivering to schedule
- Be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to campaign and brand guidelines
- Inspire those around you and be collaborative in everything you do
What you'll bring:
- Experience with a specific focus on UI/UX design
- A forward-thinking approach, that sees how our brands can evolve
- A desire to learn and support others
- Great communication skills with an outstanding design portfolio for your career so far
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver to deadlines
- Outstanding attention to detail, typographic skills and visualtion skills
- A self starter attitude. You won't need to wait for a brief, instead you will identify problems and how they can be solved
- A good understanding of Figma, Adobe suite and Keynote
- Prototype / Motion skills a plus
- German and Italian fluency a plus
