Role purpose / summary
The Jira Configuration Analyst plays a pivotal role in our banking centre's operations by overseeing the configuration and optimisation of Jira, a key project management and collaboration tool. This position is responsible for ensuring that Jira meets the specific needs and requirements of our banking operations, streamlining workflows, and enhancing team productivity. The incumbent will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, implement configurations, and provide ongoing support and training to users. Additionally, the Jira Configuration Analyst will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency within the banking centre's project management processes. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic banking environment.
Key Skills/ requirements
- Experience in working in Jira as project admins
- Experience in implementation of Jira and/or Jira migration
- Experience in data mapping and analysis for data migration is preferrable
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Jira Plans, EasyBI out of the box functionality and ability to configure and build solutions for end users
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience in delivering Agile transformation and/or Agile coaching
- Knowledge of SAFe is preferrable
