The client is a rapidly growing consultancy working with government departments all over the UK and after being awarded a large project they require a contractor to join the team. The role is service architecture/service management so they need someone who has solid ITIL service design, service management tooling design and policy and process development experience previously within a government organisation such as the MOD or MOJ. The role will be focused on ITIL so previous strong experience there will also be a must as well as current active SC Clearance as the customer is looking for a quick start and cannot wait for clearance.
