Test Governance Manager - Providing the methods and practices to deliver test management, assurance, planning and control.
* Test documentation management for all tracked test team deliverables
* Providing governance reviews against artefacts produce by the test team or issued to the test team
* Mapping of testing carried out to the programme's centralised requirements repository
* Facilitating resource allocation for the test team's activities
* Managing work/non-working day tracker for the test team
* Facilitating organisation and content for the weekly test team meeting
* Test planning (Gantt chart/resource allocation/POAP) for programme level reporting
* Ad-hoc reporting on test team activities or areas that impact testing
* Bi-weekly reporting to the Head of Engineering covering test progress and status
* Managing test team's risks, issues and dependencies and escalating to programme where required
* Defining and implementing test efficiencies
* Ensuring the test team comply with audit requirements, principles, ways of working and best practices
* Managing the test team's SharePoint/Wiki structure and content
* Managing collaboration calls with Engineering team
* Deputising for the Head of Test when required
* Supporting Test Managers creating their deliverables
* Carry out internal auditing across any aspect of the test team
* Creating a weekly report issued to the Head of Test
Experience preferred:
* Experience is carrying out test governance roles
* Experience of Test Management
* Experience of JIRA
* Experience of TestRail
* Experience of auditing or assurance
