My client are looking to add an IT Support Technician to their growing service desk team, providing IT support to a variety of partners. Your role will see you performing BAU tasks to manage client problems as well as working with end users to ensure they are maximising the available technologies to improve efficiency.
Ideally you will have experience of the following:
- IT Help Desk support
- Windows 7 & 10
- Office 2016
- Microsoft 365
- Mobile Device support
- Desktop, Laptop and Printer hardware
This role will be office based and candidates should have a driving license as they will be required to make client visits on occasion. This will all be done in accordance with appropriate government guidance in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
