IT Support Technician x3 | Windows, Dell Kit, Mobile phones | Active SC Clearance needed:

Must have Active SC Clearance to be considered for this position at this time

Key Information:

  • Duration: 18 months - very highly likely extensions.
  • Pay: £140p/d - £200p/d hour Inside
  • Location: On site in Liverpool, potentially some remote working.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • We are looking for two 2nd Line Support and one 1st Line Support Technicians
  • Active SC Clearance

The Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT Service environment
  • Ideally certified in appropriate technologies, Dell and Windows to support business strategy
  • Provide IT Break/Fix Support (1st, 2nd line) either in person or remotely.
  • Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met.
  • Ensure Department/Contract meets SLA performance targets
  • Supporting Dell kit, docking stations, keyboards, mice
  • Windows 10/11 environment
  • MS Outlook & Office 2016
  • Software Installation & some App support that comes with it.
  • Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract
  • Understand and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
