Job Title: IT Support Engineer `(Active SC clearance required)
Contract: 2 months + (career progression and potential to go permanent dependent on performance)
Pay: £17 per hour
Location: Derby
Start Time: Shift rota between 7am-7pm

We are working with one of the biggest names in delivering complex power systems to find an IT Support Engineer with experience in 1st/2nd/3rd line support.
What is the role doing?
- Call taking and delivering the best service using your understanding of IT needs
- Queue management
- Flexible working approach due to hours.
- Provide single point of contact for users
- Develop and build relationships with end users
Skills required
- Good communication and listening skills
- Experience troubleshooting IT issues
- IT knowledge
- Microsoft Office experience e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook.
