Experis are delighted to be working with a leading travel company with offices across the UK, who are looking to further expand their Glasgow based IT team and bring on an IT Support Engineer. This role will involve covering 1st and 2nd line support tickets, covering both end user support and the internal infrastructure.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Support Engineer who has 1-2 years experience in the IT Support space, working with technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, O365 and basic networking. My client have their infrastructure hosted on both AWS and Azure, so this would provide the opportunity to gain Cloud exposure and my client are also willing to support Engineers through AWS and Azure certifications.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge on the following technologies:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
My client offer a strong package with a basic salary of £22,000-£24,000, along with a good list of benefits and fantastic progression opportunities.
