Service desk supervisor with strong 1st and 2nd line support, customer service and ITIL experience needed for a permanent role in Bristol.

The client is one of the fastest growing businesses in the South West and has expanded to now include multiple offices across the UK. With a client base across the UK and Europe they are looking to expand and to do so are creating new opportunities within the business. This newly created role is specifically for an IT service desk supervisor. You will have to have strong experience working on a service desk previously, ideally mentoring new starters, KPIs, SLAs and supporting various softwares. For the right person this will be a great opportunity to progress towards management with a large business growing by the second.
