I am working with a rapidly growing telecommunications service provider that are currently looking to bring aboard an IT Manager to help facilitate the next phase of their growth. Having been around since 2017, this company have grown from strength to strength and are now looking to hire in a big way following recent investment and are keen to bring in an experienced professional to take ownership of their infrastructure and build out this function to support the wider business.
This role will be hands on technically and ideally you will have experience of the following:
- WMWare
- Basic Networking Principles
- Office 365
- LAMP (Linux experience)
- ITIL
This role will see you responsible for the provision and support of all IT systems, as well as ensuring all incidents, problems and changes are dealt with efficiently and reported effectively. Reporting directly into the CTO, you will provide regular reports on team performance as well as managing KPIs with the team on an individual basis.
