IT Learning and Development specialist

Main Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Talent & Development consultant to manage the content development and training delivery to the Department of Health. Strong presentation skills, attention to detail and excellent stakeholder engagement skills are required. Salesforce experience is desirable. This role will also involve working closely with 1) the delivery team to understand the solution and document the training content and 2) the client to secure sign-off of this all materials.

- 6-8+ years in system training development
- 5+ year in system training delivery

- Service Cloud experience
