I am working with one of Scotland's most respected and historic organisations who are looking to recruit a helpdesk professional to join their Applications and Online Systems team. This team look after the core business systems that the organisation depends on to support their members through assessments and online learning.

You will be providing 1st line helpdesk monitoring for internal and external users, ensuring ongoing availability of key information systems and processes. This is a really exciting time to be joining the business, as they are undergoing a digital transformation migrating from legacy systems and part of this role will see you be part of testing new systems.

The ideal candidate will have some experience of a helpdesk environment as well as an understanding of core IT systems and how they operate.
