Some responsibilities are detailed below - Ideally you will have experience with most of the following:
- Responsible for the installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of the group product range - this includes feeding systems, camera systems, power infrastructure, lights, feed barge ancillary systems and ROV net cleaners.
- Configuring radio, routing and switching network equipment.
- Complete job activity electronically and ensure all required parts to complete are captured.
- Setup and maintenance of PTP & PTMP Wireless Access Devices, including links to ensure high quality throughput and capacity
- Remote support to Service Team and customers along with an out of hours on call rota
- Excellent computer and network fault diagnostic skills
- Experience with providing 1st& 2nd line IT support
- Experience within Windows environments.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP)
- Experience working in a customer facing role.
- HND qualification
- Full UK driving licence
