Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role with strong background in IT support
- Expert experience in Windows operating systems (XP, Windows 7,8 or 10 Office 2013 / 2016, Office 365 etc)
- Strong Mac Knowledge
- Work well with a team
- General troubleshooting experience
- Experience in customer/client facing role and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work customer facing
