Skills
Previous experience in a similar role with strong background in IT support
Expert experience in Windows operating systems (XP, Windows 7,8 or 10 Office 2013 / 2016, Office 365 etc)
Strong Mac Knowledge
Work well with a team
General troubleshooting experience
Experience in customer/client facing role and good interpersonal skills
Ability to work customer facing
