Are you currently on the lookout for your next hands-on technical IT role? If so, a leading financial client of mine is currently looking for a Communications Consultant with experience in Operating Model design to join their team.
Role Purpose: You will be Responsible for all programme communications of operating model design transformation
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all programme communications of operating model design transformation
- Responsible to develop comms approach and plan for programme delivery
- Responsible to execute all programme communications including briefing senior stakeholders where required
Essential Candidate Skills and Experience:
- Experience in operating model design transformation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- At least 7-10 years of communications experience in support of business transformation programmes
- Experience of working in financial services industry
- Experience of working in target operating model design
