Our client, a specialist provider operating within the Baked goods industry is seeking a Product Data Manager.
This role will see you build, maintain and work to continually improve a reliable, scalable, robust and secure digital platform to support growth and aspirations in line with the company's strategic objectives. Be the first point of contact for Head Office and remote office colleagues with regard to data communications & information technology & equipment.
Responsibilities included:
- Assist IT Director in compliance with IS / IT protocols & legal requirements
- Assist all computer users in proper use and best working practices.
- Create new users, login profile and permissions and manage leavers.
- Liaise with Support teams & 3rd party suppliers to resolve issues.
- Source, Setup and test new equipment
- Maintain an Asset register, repair and manage disposal following WEEE directive.
- Capture, Manage and Progress an IT Issue list
- Source, evaluate & setup new applications, products and services approved by IT Director
- Prepare and present ad hoc service reports. Open/Closed/In progress & Complete
- Assist in the preparation and management of effective standard operating procedures and train other members of staff accordingly.
- Ensure the integrity and security of IT systems and data.
- Assist in any other areas when necessary.
