🤖Hiring: Internal Recruiter
📍 Location: 100% Remote (Must be Ireland based)
🗓Start date: ASAP - competitive 18 month contract
Hours: 39 hours a week; working hours 8:00-16:00
Experis are working with a Global Tech giant who are seeking a passionate internal recruiter to help them source top early in profession talent.
This position focuses on building numerous areas of the business such as Finance, Engineering, Sales, HR, Legal and Technical Consulting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the business meets hiring demand in a timely manner through a variety of outreach methods and reviewing CV's.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting vacancies on the company website
- Reviewing applications as well as head hunting
- Adhere to company policy when processing applications, ensuring systems are accurately kept up to date
- Shortlisting the most relevant candidates to be progressed to interview stage
- Preparing candidates with adequate information ahead of their interview/assessments
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in similar position
- Sourcing experience
- Attention to detail
- Cooperative
- Self-starter
- Ability to multi task
