Role purpose / summary:
The Infrastructure Project Manager will act as a bridge between the CTO hardware delivery teams, the Internal Kubernetes Platform (IKP) delivery teams, and the CBCC/DOME Sub-Value Streams (SVS) and project managers. This role involves attending relevant working groups, tracking infrastructure delivery progress, and reporting back to all stakeholders on critical infrastructure delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between various delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Attend working groups and track the progress of infrastructure delivery.
- Report on infrastructure delivery progress to all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and handle escalations as required.
- Ensure successful delivery of key programmes, including the Sanctions Screening Firco Continuity version 6 upgrade, Mexico Payments Modernisation (Project Moderna), and the American Zoning project.
- Support the delivery of a new network-segregated environment for critical payments applications in compliance with ECB regulatory requirements.
Key Skills/ requirements:
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong track record in stakeholder management and handling escalations.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to deliver projects across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of IKP/Cloud infrastructure (preferred).
- Experience in payments systems and processes (nice to have).
