One of our Clients on the market are seeking a Inbound Delivery Coordinator, to join the team as soon as possible
Role: Inbound Delivery Coordinator
Location: Leicestershire / Remote
Duration: month contract
Rate: £117-£130 per day
- Liaise with UK & Sector Supply Planning and Suppliers to ensure correct movement of goods are reflected in SAP
- Confirm due date and quantities of Finished Goods/Raw Materials/Juice movements with all internal and external teams
- Query and rectify any discrepanciess with inbound movements with all teams
- Reporting of issues and process changes with key stakeholders to ensure future success
- Tracking of delivery failures into the UK and rebooking of movements
- Capture and archive import / export information from freight forwarders and customs agents
- Completeness check to ensure all that documentation is received for all orders entering and leaving the UK and Ireland
- Relevant shipping documents related to goods such as bills of lading, invoice and customs entries held on file together so that they can be retrieved quickly if required.
- All key documentation related to import, storage, processing and re-export of products will be held on file for 7 years.
