HR - Staff engagement change lead - Healthcare / Medical / Outside ir35, requires travel to sites.
A fantastic interim role for someone from a HR and Change background with in depth employee liaison experience.
Following a very busy 18 months in the medical sector my client are putting their people first and this role is to support staff and management.
Your key role will be to engage with workers and managers understand current pain points and positives, understand business processes, have a strong ability to empathise and find solutions to staffing attendance, absence, performance, foster positive culture, interventions and remediation.
Ideally you will also have professional HR qualification such as CIPD and have performed a similar staff engagement role.
Healthcare sector private or public is going to be paramount in understanding the nature of the work.
