Role: Head of IT/ IT Support/ Technical Systems - DV Cleared - Defence - 12 months
- Rate: £750p/d - £850p/d DOE
- Location: Hybrid - 3-4 times a week on-site in Somerst as a minimum.

Experis are working with a large-scale Software Data Solutions organisation who are within the Public Sector looking for a Head of Technical Systems who currently holds Active DV Clearance. The role will be heading up an ITIL Support Environment and will require someone to be office based most of the week (at least 3-4 days per week).

Essential
- Head of/Director/ Senior Management focused experience within a Technical Support environment.
- Line management and staff development.
- Managed IT Service Delivery Teams - ITIL Service Management environment.
- Worked with and managed outsourced IT Service providers and third parties.
- Strong technical understanding of:
- Microsoft hardware and software (Windows Server)
- Linux Operating Systems.
- MS Exchange
- VMware/Hyper V
- System Management (SCOM, SolaWinds, Altiris etc...)
- Cloud Computing Design and Delivery
