My leading client is looking for a Head of IT Service Delivery you will be leading the journey enhancing colleagues and customers experience through enhancing our service delivery. You will be in charge of 16 direct reports and will be responsible for leading and guiding the group through the next phase of development, to stretch and develop our capabilities and team to deliver the best possible service to our internal and external customers while working with the team to continually transform the technology capability of our organisation.

You will be instrumental in our next phase of development and be responsible for the ongoing transformation and effective running of IT Services for the Group the successful person will be working with colleagues across the group you will prepare our business for the next technology change and adapt our processes and services to accommodate the transformation.

You will be analysing technology industry and market trends you will assess the potential opportunity and impact to the enterprise, adapting our Service Plan as required. You will maintain, develop, and deploy Group IT Operations standards, processes and governance using industry standard methodologies and frameworks. You will oversee IT Service changes, communications and supports projects and programmes working closely with our Programme office.


  • Prepare and present any enhancements to the IT Operational vision and roadmap that supports the IT strategy and beyond, establishing governance, peer review and reporting.
  • Actively champion and communicate the IT Service vision and roadmap to all stakeholders in a manner that is inclusive, appropriate for the intended audiences and readily comprehensible.
  • Maintain an active understanding of key business drivers, major strategic initiatives, and changes in the external market to ensure the architectural vision and roadmap remains relevant and adds value to Company as a whole.
  • Develop IT Operational Service standards, principles and reporting that reflect a full and thorough understanding of the business direction
