Role Overview: We seek a talented Group Head of IT to manage and develop our IT infrastructure across our brands and central support office. This senior role involves overseeing relationships with key technology partners and ensuring our IT systems support our business strategy and evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Champion emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance operations.
- Oversee IT governance, risk, and cybersecurity compliance.
Operational Management:
- Ensure system performance and availability.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures.
- Manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery procedures.
- Maintain expertise in Microsoft technologies and Azure Active Directory.
- Optimise and modernise IT operations.
Collaboration & Project Management:
- Develop IT solutions in collaboration with all business levels.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Manage relationships with IT partners and vendors.
- Deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
People Management:
- Lead and develop the IT team.
- Ensure standardised technology policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in an ITIL environment and strong technical grounding in Microsoft products.
- Proven ability to manage technology initiatives and key outsourced functions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work under pressure.
