Experis are looking for a skilled Game Store Author to join their team. Working on their flagship title, your role will be focused on setting up in-game content created by the Production, Art and Editorial teams, ready for it to be released to players across the game's dedicated emporium and game stores.

As a Game Store Author, you will…

  • Deliver regular updates to the dedicated emporium and outpost Stores
  • Working closely with Marketing, Art, Production and QA teams to layout each month's updates
  • Use Unreal to create and manage game Assets and Catalogues to deliver each update, working with various content types such as 3D artwork, animation, copy, 2D art, cosmetic items and storefronts
  • Assess upcoming planned content and identify upcoming challenges and propose solutions to grow the dedicated emporium
  • Ability to critique and push the quality of game content to players, from the way an individual element looks, to how it's described

For this role, you will need…

  • Experience with the Unreal 4 Engine
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, possessing strong communication skills
  • A willingness to learn by asking questions and seeking information from people around you
  • Consistency and attention to detail
  • A keen interest in gaming

Our client is in a position to offer a full 18 month contract to the suitable candidate. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work for a true industry leader and showcase your skills as well as learning new ones.
