Graduate Property Analyst/Administrator (Property Team) - Birmingham/Hybrid
Location - Birmingham (Hybrid 1-2 days in office)
Salary £35,000 - £38,000 + Excellent benefits
A leading organisation with offices in Birmingham is looking for recent Business or Finance graduates to join the team as Property Analyst/Administrator.
The organisation I am working with has a portfolio of properties (100+) and is looking for a capable graduate to work in a role providing data around those properties, and also help with the administration that goes with a big portfolio. Similar to a Property Administrator position, but very data driven and analytical.
Suitable candidates will have excellent analytic skills and will have strong experience of using Excel to create reports and present reports.
Additionally, suitable graduates will have excellent communication skills and will thrive in a rewarding environment.
