Global SIEM Services Manager - Remote - £flexible on Salary + Benefits Package

A leading MSSP with significant financial backing is looking to appoint a Global SIEM Services Manager to lead a globally dispersed team of SIEM Experts. This client support some of the world's largest businesses. We are seeking a proven manager who has come from a technical background developing and delivering SIEM content solutions and will have had a deep technical understanding in one or more of Azure Sentinel, SPLUNK, LogRhythm, ArcSight, or Qradar.

Day to day you will be responsible for the department of SIEM Experts who cover various technologies including legacy and new technology and managing the SIEM platform for clients both in house and on premises. This covers;

  • Continuous maintenance and responsibility of system performance and integrity
  • Looking after the infrastructure the platform sits on
  • Managing upgrades and Patches
  • Managing the triage or errors/ outages within SLA
  • Managing the development of Rules, Correlations, dashboards and reports
  • Supporting the Development and mentoring of team members
