Experis are supporting a global technology business that is seeking a Financial Systems & Reporting Manager to join its Finance and IT leadership team. This is a hands-on role with real influence, blending finance, data and systems to deliver high-quality management information and drive smarter business decisions across the organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines a commercial finance background with a strong technical mindset and passion for Data and Systems optimisation and reporting automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead contact for ERP and reporting systems, ensuring smooth operation, development, and optimisation.
- Maintain and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI, Jet Reports, Power Query, and Excel.
- Support with the production and analysis of financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow.
- Build and maintain models to support business decisions, such as pricing, cost analysis, and inventory planning.
- Support business functions with non-financial reporting e.g., service performance, customer metrics, and delivery data.
- Partner with senior leaders to enhance reporting capabilities and support process improvements across finance systems.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems - ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
- Proven background in financial planning, reporting, or analysis (5+ years).
- Strong proficiency with Excel (advanced level), and experience using Jet Reports or similar BI tools.
- Passion for automation, process improvement, and presenting data in clear, creative ways.
