Finance Transformation Manager

Working closely alongside the Senior Finance Transformation Team and Technology FDs, this role will help to transform and improve financial processing and reporting for Technology as part of the Making Finance Brilliant programme.
This Person will ensure group led programmes are implemented successfully and will possess very strong project management skills and will not be afraid to challenge and drive change.
They will be on top of what is due on data recs and other related deliverables, but will also be able to deep dive into specific areas of issue, helping to unblock and resolve.
Required Skills:
Typically degree level or equivalent
Fully qualified accountant / Further qualification to support specialism (.e.g. CIMA, ACCA, IIA, CISA, ACT, CTA, MCT, IR Society Certificate or equivalent), or exceptionally equivalent experience
Minimum experience of wide range of financial disciplines.
Experience of driving change.
Project Management experience
Experience and knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
The role holder should have an inquisitive mind, attention to detail and should be someone who will go the extra mile to get things right!
