The location of the role is Salford Quays, Manchester (hybrid working).
The duration of the contract is 6 months.
The pay rate on offer is £450 - £550 per day (via Umbrella agency - inside IR35).
The client is a multinational high-street retailer.

Role Summary
We are seeking a Finance Manager with strong business partnering capabilities.
You'll be leading the Digital & Technology (D&T) Finance team within Record to Report. Key to the role will be engaging with both Finance and non-Finance partners.
Key accountabilities of the role
- Leading and encouraging a team of 5 reports, to deliver high quality outputs, driving a continuous improvement mentality and a can-do attitude
- Ensuring the large volume of tasks and queries are managed effectively, within a timely resolution, and aligned to the timetable key to successful delivery
- Develop the team to work collaboratively with London Finance business partners to ensure the financials are reflected accurately
- Strong Business Partner engagement to facilitate a collaborative working environment, managing regular dialogue to continue to drive improved performance
Key skills and experience
- Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Exceptional business partnering skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
- Line management experience, managing teams through transition and change
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience of using SAP, but not essential
- Strong accounting skills with previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment/shared service centre
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
