Finance Change Analyst
Looking for a Business Change Analyst to work a major transformation programme covering all aspects, Change , People, Finance and IT. Thorough understanding of the operation of a financial planning business is expected. Experience of people management and leading and developing teams is also required.
Assisting on full business change plans - Incorporating Business deliverables, communication plans, business readiness, training, benefits realisation, risk and de-risk strategy, go no-go's, business testing, business unit responsibilities and technical dependencies. Senior stakeholder management is key to this role. Experience in delivering in Financial Services or Wealth Management Sector is ideal. Some of the projects are underpinned by IT but most are not. Must have worked in challenging fast paced ever changing environments.
Expected to be in the office one day a week and can be based out of London or Liverpool
