We are actively looking to secure a Junior User Researcher to join Experis as one of our consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role: Junior User Researcher
Key Responsibilities: Undertake stakeholder interviews to conduct research.
Identify pain-points understand user needs and data analysis.
Define user personas capture user needs and mapping of end-to-end customer journeys.
