Executive HR Reward Analyst
Contract until the 20th June 2022
Based in London - 3 Days on site 2 days WFH
Day rate up to £290 PD Via Umbrella
Role Outline:
Provide support in the HR reward management of senior executives
To provide accurate and timely reward expertise including drafting promotion proposals, new hire proposals, exit proposals, and retention packages of senior executives
To work with Legal, HR and Reward to issue contracts of employment and deal with exit arrangements in the UK, US and globally.
To support the implementation of the annual pay review cycle for Group Leaders
Work with colleagues to provide market information and benchmark data using salary survey data sources.
Co-ordinate all aspects of Group Leader data management and the interface with Workday including:
- payroll
- organisation management structure
- international mobility
Essential Criteria:
Experience of WorkDay HR system
Exposure to employment contracts and exit agreements
Competent in Excel and Word, Experience in HR and Rewards
Able to pick up on processes and challenge them
Desirable Criteria:
Experience in process improvement activities (ie simplification or automation of existing processes)
Experience on annual pay review cycles
Experience in international mobility (expatriation) matters
Experience in evaluating external new hire reward packages
Experience in employment contracts and legal construct
