Role: ESG Analyst
Daily Rate: £300 inside IR35
Location: Canary Wharf (2 days onsite, 3days remote)
Type: Contract
- Responsible for metrics gathering, analysis, and review to determine trending, problem analysis and resolution.
- Works with Desktop/ Service Desk vendor to identify areas to improve the process or productivity Liaise with vendor to ensure process documentation is robust, implemented, and maintained
- Audit vendor
- Processes on regular basis to ensure conformity
- Work with local operations team and vendor to identify any gaps in the processes and seek ways to close these gaps
- Works closely with regional IT operations teams to identify solutions and coordinate / deploy new processes and tools to the team
- Supports during Incident and problem resolution and assures implementation of solutions
Essential Criteria:
· ESG (Environmental, social and corporate governance)
- Service Desk and/ or Desktop Process Improvement experience
- Experience with Incident and Problem Management
- Experience with Remedy
- Reporting capabilities
- Excellent Excel knowledge
- Data analysis
