We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and hands-on E2E Test & Trial analyst to work on the implementation of end-to-end integration test, technical trials and customer trials of our most significant and high-profile delivery initiatives over the coming years.
You will test and trial the end-to-end functionality of multiple software, hardware and engineering teams in production & non-production environments, building collaborative and trusting relationships with all those teams and pragmatically managing defects to ensure high quality product launches.
Your key responsibilities
E2E Test and Trial activities for new, large scale projects within the portfolio of projects being delivered by the team, using high level architecture for the initiative and technology operating model.
Technical Trials in production environments with real customers, working with resources from Operations, Product and Tech teams to ensure we are ready to launch the new products/services
Plan and Implement technical trials: define & verify trial scenarios, co-ordinate technology teams, manage trialists & feedback mechanisms, manage defects & retesting, provide concise programme updates, collate reports, perform root cause analysis.
Take ownership for the progression of test cases and defect fixes.
E2E test phase of programme increments, working with test resources from the different delivery teams to ensure all integration defects are found and resolved.
Candidate Specification
This role will have high visibility: you will be working with all parts of the organisation as you will be involved in end-to-end delivery for ourlargest and most exciting new launches.

Pragmatic and delivery-oriented mindset, with a track record of having led and facilitated end-to-end test & trials on very large cross-enterprise initiatives within the following domains: Mobile Core, Broadband Core & Access Networks, IP-based Telephony, TV, Streaming, OTT, Business Communications, CPE, Digital.
Trial management experience, having planned and Implement technical trials: define & verify trial scenarios, co-ordinate technology teams, manage trialists & feedback mechanisms, manage defects & retesting, provide concise programme updates, collate reports, perform root cause analysis.
Technical acumen: Taken ownership for the progression and project management of releases, test cases and defect fixes that have dependencies across multiple software, hardware and network engineering delivery teams.
Comfortable working in an incremental delivery methodology, defining risk-based test/trial plans for overall programme and for each programme increment
Excellent testing, UAT, project management and stakeholder management skills.
Confident presentation skills to large audiences of varying seniority and be able to get your message across clearly and succinctly
