Our client a global solutions provider with more than 100000 employees are seeking to recruit a Dynamics CE Cloud Solution Architect and you will be fluent in English and Spanish or French to business level.
Cloud Solution Architect provide technical leadership for customers around the world to help ensure their IT environments are kept optimized and healthy. The focus is to do this in a proactive and consultative manner to avoid future issues. This includes guidance on best practices, risk assessments, migrations, and onsite, remote and dedicated support services.

Cloud Solution Architects provide various services to our Enterprise customers to increase systems availability, resolve critical issues, and ultimately improve the health of our customers' environments. We consult with experienced technical staff to ensure they have the skills to troubleshoot and maintain their solution in line with best practices. When things do go wrong we provide rapid on site expertise to resolve critical situations.

Cloud Solution Architects deliver onsite and dedicated services for customers.

We need individuals that:
* Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting. You will also need to be able to examine possible workarounds and escalations as required.

* Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic on-going customer relationships, gain trust and respect for the company. Cloud Solution Architects must also possess strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.
* Enjoy team work, and actively contribute to their peer group as well as our customer account teams.
* Communicate at all levels from CIO to the technical staff on the ground.

Expertise Required

Technical Expertise Required

Dynamics CRM

* Dynamics CE Cloud Solution Architects should be experienced in implementing, operating, tuning and troubleshooting Dynamics CE/CRM systems, ideally in multiple industries.
* Ideal candidate would have 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM, preferably with multiple versions (2013 - v9.1 on-premises).
* Candidate would have worked as a system administrator or Level 2/3 Help Desk for Dynamics CE/CRM on-premises.
* Dynamics experience should include investigations narrowing down general issues to specific root causes.
* Familiarity with Dynamics deployment installation and configuration; including planning, technology prerequisites and installation steps.
* Microsoft accreditation or proven experience with SQL query syntax, SQL query tuning and optimizations in addition to SQL configurations at instance and database level
* Experience with Dynamics CE on-premises stack components, including SQL, IIS, Windows.
* Experience with advance Dynamics deployment topologies including multiple server environments; network load balanced deployments; claims and IFD configurations with ADFS a plus.
* Experience with advanced Dynamics 365 CE modules configuration and management (Customer Service, Sales Hub are must have. Other modules experience is nice-to-have)
* Knowledge of other Power Platform components is appreciated (Canvas Apps, PVA, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
* Knowledge of ALM and CI/CD strategies related to Dynamics development and deployment a plus.
* Knowledge of ADFS, Exchange, Exchange Online and setting up Server-based authentication with D365 CRM.
* Knowledge of SharePoint a plus.
* Knowledge of Application Insights and its dataverse integration is a good-to-have
* Development with CRM SDK, C#, JavaScript experience beneficial.
