We are on the lookout for a Dynamics 365 Specialist coming from a support background, with an understanding of technical writing.
Supporting content developers in respective teams to support and build lab steps for technical courses, which are stored and made available via GitHub.

- ERP, CRM and FNO Dynamics Services
- Dynamics / Power Platform
Day to Day:
- Creating training documents for technologies with Developers
- Reporting bug resolution status in GitHub
- Performing training steps
- Documenting technical issues
- Technical Support Experience
Contract Details:
- PAYE Contract
- 18 Months Contract
