Director of Data and Analytics
I am looking for a heavyweight Data Manager to work in a large, fast moving organisation where Data is at the Heart of everything that they do!. You will be managing a team of around 20 in multiple locations. I am looking for someone to evolve the Data landscape by working alongside the CTO to deliver tangible differences to the organisation.
This will be a strategic role where you will own a data roadmap and dependency plan to deliver the data strategy in collaboration with key partners (e.g., technology, marketing, data, legal, and product). There is an emphasis of getting the maximum out of the CRM systems. From a technical standpoint you need to have a deep understanding of Data Lake infrastructures, Data Warehouses, Analysis Platforms, CDP's and Analytics. Experience in data management, including - data governance, transformation, complex relational models, Data Insights and GDPR is also expected. I am looking for someone that can monetise Data in a commercial setting! Ideally I want someone who has experience in the Healthcare sector especially if you are looking for the top end of the salary.
Must have excellent stakeholder management and used to presenting and influencing in a matrixed environment. You will be expected to go into the offices 2 days a week and can be based in London or Staffordshire.
