Knowledge & understanding of HTML, email development & design with example of procurement or working with Email Service Providers.
Evidence of increased profitability from a previous role, including key KPIs: Conversion, AOV, Acquisition.
Balance tactical reactive improvements with a longer-term strategic conversion plan
Evidence of managing site performance to inform decision and gauge effectiveness and user focused website optimisation and enhancement leading to improved turnover and improved customer experience.
Experience of growing customer database through digital marketing, with a focus on quality subscribers
Excel in the use of Google Analytics, interpreting reports, segments, dashboards with an ability to dive in to find insights
Ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects
Experience of working with InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
