We are are a young, rapidly expanding serviced accommodation business based in Ayrshire - currently looking for a self-motivated, creative yet analytical, experienced, marketing manager to join our award winning, highly ambitious team.

Currently operate 50 serviced apartments throughout Ayrshire, but have an ambition to expand significantly and at pace. With the right leadership team, marketing and brand in place our expansion will nationalise over the following months and years.

You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent generation of relevant leads to ensure that sales pipelines are kept full whilst driving and optimising online ecommerce sales.

Managing our marketing activity with regards to driving bookings from leisure and business guests AND driving property acquisition leads.

Whilst always protecting, enhancing and assisting in growing the Donnini brand.

Strategy

  • Proactively create and execute a strategic marketing plan including lead generation strategies and content plan creation to ensure the attainment of company lead generation goals and strong returns on invested marketing spend.
  • Work to enhance our overall marketing effectiveness, online reputation, and brand awareness.
  • Aligning communications and messaging across all channels to strengthen the Donnini brand. With an awareness of our different brands and the positioning of each brand.
  • Understand how OTA's fit in to the greater marketing strategy.
  • Reporting on agreed KPI's and continuously improving campaign performance and ROI.
  • Promote and enhance our ability to sell through our website and other direct mediums such as live chat.
  • Manage - at the highest level - our websites, social media platforms and our blog.
  • Working with external agencies to optimise ad spend to ensure a good fit with our overall marketing strategy whilst strategically deciding on the right messaging/ad strategy to fit with the greater marketing objectives.

Market research

  • Reporting on agreed KPI's on a regular basis, you must by highly analytical and good with numbers.
  • You must have a clear understanding on how all digital channels integrate with each other and work together.

Tactical

  • Ensuring the most engaging, on brand, effective content is created at all times.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Essential requirements:

  • A track record of digital marketing success of at least 3 years.
  • Proficiency with online marketing strategy, campaign planning and social media strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

Nice to have but not essential:

  • Proven track record of using Google Ads, tag manager & also running paid social campaigns.
  • Experience in conversion tracking/ attribution, understanding online funnels and how channels integrate with each other.
  • Experience in attributing sales per channel, using Google analytics, tag manager to report on channel splits and performance. We need someone with an analytical mind.
  • SEO experience

Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30-40,000.00 per year

Additional pay: Annual performance bonus
