Data Engineer - Edinburgh/Remote - 3 Months
An urgent requirement has arisen for an experienced Data Engineer to support an incredibly exciting SME with the development of brand-new data pipelines. As a technology focused business you will be joining a team of technologists who are passionate about their service offering and they see this project as critical in pushing the offerings to the next level. With limited to no data pipelines, you will be pivotal in supporting the business moving forward and making technology choices. It's a relatively blank canvas!
Skills and experience in the following would be required:
- Data Engineering
- Data Pipelines
- Data Architecture
- ETL i.e. Kafka, Segment
- ML i.e. TensorFlow
- SQL
As the company are a small business they are "small business exempt" from IR35. This means that the IR35 determination would sit with the LTD Company Contractor.
