As a D365 Functional Analyst at a senior level, you will be responsible for:

  • Communication with the clients to understand and fulfill their needs
  • Reviewing the client's current processes to improve efficiency
  • Completing the necessary tasks to deliver the successful D365 CRM implementation
  • Leading and building a team which you will support


To be a successful D365 Functional Analyst (senior) you will be a flexible team player with a positive attitude with the ability to lead and grow a team as well as having strong communication skills with experience of handling customers effectively.


The ideal candidate will possess these skills and experiences:

  • Similar role as a Functional Consultant with demonstrable years of experience in Dynamics ERP 365 F&O (Cloud/On-premises)
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 within multiple areas of Finance
  • Leadership skills required to direct and manage a team
  • Experience of implementation/Development/Support projects, data migration and localization setup
  • Core domain knowledge of finance
