As a D365 Functional Analyst Junior, you will be responsible for:
- Communication with the clients to understand and fulfil their needs
- Reviewing the client's current processes
- Responding and enhancing the client's current practices to improve efficiency
- Pursuing the tasks to deliver the successful D365 CRM implementation
To be a successful D365 Functional Analyst Junior, you will be a flexible team player with a positive attitude, with great communication skills for handling the customers, and be able to stay current on Dynamics 365 and other related technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Similar role as a Functional Consultant with demonstrable experience in Dynamics ERP 365 F&O (Cloud/On-premises)
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 within some aspects of Finance
- Experience in implementation/Development/Support projects
- Experience of data migration, localization setup and End to end design and documentation
- Core domain knowledge of finance
