Technical Support Engineer - SharePoint / Teams (Skype)
We're on the lookout for a Customer Support Engineer to join a well renowned global tech organisation on a long-term contract, we are looking for an Engineer with strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams (Skype for Business).
You'll be offering support to a variety of enterprise customers with a large focus of the highest level of customer service.
- Handle customer technical issues
- Troubleshooting and solving customers technical issues
- Incident Management
- Solving customers problems
- Providing pro-active solutions to satisfy customer needs.
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Microsoft Teams (Skype for Business)
