Customer Support Advisor (1st Line Support)
I'm working with an Energy Company based in Edinburgh who are looking for Customer Support Advisors to join the team to act as first response to customers with issues and queries on a variety of topics. This is a fully remote role, however the successful candidate may have to complete training in the Edinburgh office for 2 weeks.
The ideal candidate should have Customer Service experience and knowledge of phone applications. It's offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to progress up within the company.
