Job Title: Customer Resolutions - Specialist Executive
Location: Hybrid - 3 x Days on-site p/week in Milton Keynes
Salary: £26,500 + benefits
What you'll be doing:
- Managing high-risk and complex complaints end-to-end
- Handling CEO, social media and vulnerable customer escalations
- Making fair, commercially sound redress decisions
- Acting as a subject matter expert across complaints processes
- Identifying root cause trends and driving process improvements
What we're looking for:
- Financial services or regulated sector experience
- Strong complaint handling and stakeholder management skills
- Confident decision-maker with excellent written communication
