Content Strategist needed to help on a complex site to make a new approach for a leading brand name that is used by all sorts of users.
Details:
- Creation of a POC focused on some key user journeys that can be tested with users - before moving onto further phases we'll looking to expand on this initial content strategy and do a full site review/audit
- It's a complex site that has many user needs and the content we use and how its presented is critical. We need the content strategist to define a new approach to content and put the principles in place to ensure we better meet user needs and deliver the conversions necessary
